For over 25 years, I have been leading creative workshops that bring people together for meaningful, hands-on experiences that are simple, inspiring and genuinely fun. I'm passionate about creating environments where people feel comfortable, supported, and free to explore their creativity. My greatest joy is watching women leave a workshop smiling in pride, saying, "Look what I made!"
Vicki Brimacombe
Educator, Art therapist and the Founder of Your Well Within
My passion is creating thoughtful, compassionate spaces for reflection, creativity, and connection. Through workshops, half-day retreats and therapy, I invite individuals and groups to slow down, meet themselves with care and curiosity, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. My work is grounded in positive psychology, mindfulness, compassion and meaning-making, supporting people to listen inward and return to what matters most.

Recreation Therapist & Founder of Bridge To Fitness
Drawing on years of experience as a Recreation Therapist in long-term care, I am committed to bringing a holistic, compassionate approach to wellness. My work is rooted in resilience, care, and a belief in the power of connection. I currently share mindfulness-based movement through community fitness classes, including Minds and Motion, Dementia Care, Yoga, Pilates, and personal training. I am passionate about creating welcoming spaces where people can move, connect, and support one another on their wellness journeys.
